SRDB.PRO Hosted

The externally hosted version of SRDB.PRO is designed to offer individual health economics consultants and small to medium sized (SME) organisations an affordable solution with productivity and research quality benefits comparable to those available from our Enterprise level solution. SRDB.PRO is available to companies requiring anything up to around 70 licences.

The tables below illustrate the costs associated with the deployment of the externally hosted version of SRDB.PRO in one of our datacentres. The basic licence includes between 2 and 10 simultaneous active project spaces and up to 15 archived project spaces (where completed projects can be stored securely). Additional active project spaces and archived project spaces can be purchased. The number of users included in the basic licence ranges from 1 to 70. Individual quotes can be provided for more than 70 user licences.

SRDB.PRO Enterprise

The SRDB.PRO Enterprise version is designed to be deployed in-house on the company infrastructure. Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 Express Edition or newer and Windows Server 2008R2 (or Windows 7 Professional) or newer are required to run SRDB.PRO in-house. The pricing of the internally hosted version is based on the number of active users in the system in addition to the basic server licence (see table). The enterprise basic server licence includes 5 administrative user accounts (Client Access Licences). These accounts should be used as system administrators (minimum allocation of 1 account). One account is recommended to be assigned for the use of a Project Manager and further accounts are recommended to be allocated as Senior Analysts and Analysts roles. Additional Client Access Licences (CAL’s) can be purchased.

Software Updates and Support: SRDB.PRO Software Maintenance Agreement

Software updates and user support (Software Maintenance Agreement) are included in the first year costs. To continue to receive software updates (which will include new features and performance enhancements) and user support the Software Maintenance Agreement must be renewed each year. The Software Maintenance Agreement includes email support 8x5x24 (9AM – 5PM GMT; Mon-Fri; 24 hours response) updates within version as well as upgrades to any major release.

The Software Maintenance Agreement can be renewed on a yearly basis. The value of the renewal discount is based on the timing of the payment. There are three options for renewal as shown in the table below. A dedicated account manager will contact your company representative two months before the renewal date to discuss your options.
